If you would like to return an item you purchased from Emma Designs Jewelry, we are happy to accept items for exchange or full credit within 14 days (two weeks) of delivery. Item must be returned in new condition, with the original packaging.
Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges or no credit if the item(s) returned are over used, dirty or damaged. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit confirmation by email.

-WHAT IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS MISSING OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@emmadesignsjewelry.com to request a replacement. To best assist you, we require pictures of both the damaged product and shipping parcel. Please report any damages or missing items within 14 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement.
