SHIPPING:

Items typically take from 5 to 7 business days to be shipped after been ordered.

Production and shipping time might be affected by the number of items since all of our jewelry is handmade.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We are not responsible for any delivery delays, wrong address or missing packages once the package is in possession of the third-party carrier. (USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX or similar service)

 

  • WHAT IF MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS ENTERED INCORRECTLY?

    It is the customer’s sole and exclusive responsibility to provide the correct mailing address.  Please review and confirm your shipping address is accurate and complete prior to finalizing your order.  Emma Designs Jewelry will deliver your purchases to the address provided based on your exact shipping instructions.

    Emma Designs Jewelry expressly disclaims all responsibility for shipments to addresses incorrectly entered at the time of checkout.  Be sure to review any pre-populated addresses in your express checkout platforms as they may be connected to an incorrect address.  No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.  If you discover an incorrect address after purchase, Emma Designs Jewelry recommends contacting your carrier directly once you have your tracking information to intercept, reroute or pick-up held packages.

    If the package is return to Emma Designs Jewelry due to an incorrect address, the costumer will be contacting for re-shipping; the costumer will be charge for the re-shipping fee.

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

There may be duty important taxes charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges. 

Items shipped internationally (Outside the USA) are not returnable or refundable. 

International orders take from 15 to 20 business days to be delivered.
